Kaitlin Smith, LCSW

Kaitlin is a licensed clinical social worker who received her training at Texas State University school of social work. She has diverse clinical experiences working with individuals and families from a variety of different backgrounds. Kaitlin focuses on treating adults and couples who are struggling with challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety, self-acceptance, depression, trauma, unhealthy relationships and attachments. Her training and educational background includes internal family systems, imago therapy, Gottman method, solution focused behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). Kaitlin works with clients to identify areas of desired change and growth, working collaboratively to develop a comprehensive treatment plan aimed at improving daily life and facilitating desired personal goals.
