Leanna Lee-Sydnor, LCSW
Leanna is a client-centered psychotherapist with over nine years of experience helping people on their journey towards healing and recovery. Leanna completed her master’s degree at Herbert Lehman college and has worked as a licensed clinical social worker in a variety of different outpatient clinics and educational settings. Additionally, she has served in administrative capacities supervising other clinicians. Leanna has worked with diverse populations including people from various ethnic/cultural backgrounds as well as people with disabilities. Leanna has expertise in the areas of cognitive behavioral treatment, trauma, family systems work, and chemical dependency. Leanna helps clients who are ready to make meaningful change address their emotional challenges by forming strong therapeutic relationships. Her goal is to utilize cognitive behavioral strategies to help clients develop clarity and empowerment from their therapy sessions.
