I believe that the process of change and growth starts with self-acceptance. I use strategies to increase self-esteem and self-compassion, in an effort to increase resilience and confidence in the process of change. I show up authentically to provide a trusting therapeutic experience and operate with the understanding that your challenges are unique and specific to you. To improve your emotional well-being, I utilize an individual and collaborative treatment approach to address your personal situation and goals.
