My Approach

I am dedicated to helping my clients to find their voice and direction amidst life’s challenges. My approach to counseling is to provide an impartial perspective to clients while we work through difficult thoughts, emotions, and situations. I strive to support my clients in developing the necessary tools and strategies to live a healthy and more manageable life.

I have also had experience working with individuals and families facing medical or terminal diagnoses, as well as those struggling with infertility, adoption, and pregnancy loss.
