Kristin Fruechtenicht, LPC

My Approach

By building a trusting and supportive connection with clients, I create an environment where individuals feel safe to be themselves. I take a compassionate, nonjudgmental, person-centered approach to healing, while also integrating holistic mindfulness practices and therapeutic techniques. Together, we will set wellness goals and develop the skills to reach them.

Specialty Areas

I support adults, young adults, and teenagers who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life changes, trauma, concentration, executive functioning, mood fluctuations, disordered eating, substance abuse, and relationship conflicts.
