Brenda Bryant, LMSW
Brenda is a licensed social worker who earned her master’s degree from Sacred Heart University. Brenda has therapeutic experience in a variety of settings including outpatient and trauma clinics and clinical day schools. Her work with adolescents, adults, and families has focused on helping people coping with trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Brenda utilizes a strengths-based approach incorporating interventions from cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), trauma focused CBT, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavior Therapy (DBT) in her work with clients. Using evidence-based therapies and collaboration, Brenda is dedicated to honoring each individual’s experience of growth, healing, and self-discovery in a welcoming and judgment-free environment.
