Allison Hegarty, LPCA

My Approach

I strive to support individuals in creating more fulfilling and connected lives through a collaborative journey rooted in a strong therapeutic relationship. I work alongside clients as they move toward stronger relationships with both themselves and others, and encourage them to build the skills needed for personal growth. My practice is fostered in a trauma-informed and nonjudgmental space where clients are free to explore their experiences and emotions at a pace that feels right for them. Together, we focus on long-lasting change and self-awareness grounded in compassion, understanding, and patience.

Specialty Areas

I specialize in supporting individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, panic, and emotional overwhelm though life transitions, including those navigating pregnancy or postpartum issues. I aim to assist clients in building coping strategies that support stronger emotional regulation and confidence. I focus on building insight, resilience, and trust in the ability to gain emotional stability and a sense of self.
