Ann-Marie Ramsaroop, LCSW

My Approach

I firmly believe that, regardless of circumstances, people are resilient and capable of change. I approach therapy from the mindset that everyone has unique strengths, and that by building on these strengths, clients can learn to implement effective coping skills resulting in meaningful and lasting change.

Specialty Areas

I support adults and children navigating anxiety, depression or trauma. I also have experience working with caregivers, including biological, adoptive, and foster families seeking to strengthen attachment, or looking to better understand developmental differences. I also support birthing individuals and their partners throughout the perinatal period.
