My Approach

Each client's individual experience of growth, healing, and self-discovery is unique. I create a welcoming environment where clients can express their thoughts and feelings. Utilizing evidence-based treatment methods to address challenges, we strive to better understand the past and learn new strategies to work towards mental well-being in the future.

My work focuses on adults, adolescents, and families coping with trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I have supported individuals in various settings, including outpatient clinics and schools.
