Jocelyn Rossitto, LMSW

My Approach

My work is guided by a person-centered approach which provides my clients with a safe space to work through their challenges and better understand themselves. I use strengths-based therapeutic strategies that highlight my clients’ strengths, help them reframe things positively, and empower them to make change in their lives. I truly believe there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to therapy and I build an individualized treatment plan with each client based on their unique needs and strengths.

I provide therapy to adults and young adults coping with a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders and other mental health conditions. I also have experience working with individuals who have been incarcerated.
