My Approach
I use a strengths-based approach to help clients meet their goals through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I aim to provide a space that is free of judgment, encouraging clients to grow within themselves. I emphasize warmth, encouragement, and creativity in my work with clients.
Specialty Areas
I work with adolescents and young adults who are struggling with a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I specialize in stress management, substance misuse and co-occurring conditions, and supporting clients and their families throughout their mental health journeys.
