Lauren Mishkin, LPC

My Approach

I believe therapy is a collaborative process for healing, insight, and self-discovery where life experiences and emotions can be processed in a safe space. My approach blends an insight-oriented foundation that works to support clients in building coping skills and increasing self-awareness as we work together towards healing. Together, we create space for growth, resilience, and new ways of building relationships.

Specialty Areas

I work with adults and adolescents who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief, and identity exploration. I also support individuals who have experienced trauma and ongoing interpersonal/family challenges.
