Specialty Areas

I specialize in counseling adults and young adults who are experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, and self-esteem difficulties. I often work with those experiencing interpersonal and family conflicts, and additionally support those across the lifespan struggling with ADHD, PTSD, and substance use.
