Phoebe Rita, LMSW

My Approach

My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that a strong, authentic therapeutic match is the foundation of meaningful and effective treatment. I view therapy as a collaborative process in which clients are active partners, and I work to create a space where they feel deeply seen, heard, and respected. I trust that each client carries an inherent capacity for healing, resilience, and growth, and I strive to help them access and strengthen the inner resources they already possess.
