My Approach

Observing the dignity and worth of a person is central to my approach to therapy. I emphasize sincerity and empathy within the therapeutic relationship and I strongly believe that, with guidance, clients can access their capacity to change. I strive to connect my clients with evidence based strategies to improve their lives.

Specialty Areas

I support clients who are navigating various mental health challenges, including trauma, mood disorders, life transitions, and co-occurring substance use. Additionally, I am bilingual and able to provide therapy services in both English and Haitian Creole.
