Through my practice, I support individuals who are navigating situations and stressors that make daily life feel challenging. I take a collaborative approach, focusing on the present in order to help clients achieve meaningful growth.

Specialty Areas

I work with adults and youth facing a variety of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma. I have also worked with those who are facing complex life transitions and systemic challenges. I aim to assist clients in building insight, resilience, and a sense of safety in their healing process.
