Tracey Otero, LPCA, LADC

My Approach

My therapeutic approach is integrative, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I utilize a holistic framework that focuses on the interplay between cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and physiological processes. I emphasize the identification and modification of maladaptive thought patterns and responses, while supporting insight development and self-efficacy.

Specialty Areas

In my work with adults and children, I focus on assessing and treating anxiety and depressive disorders, and co-occurring conditions. I also have experience assisting those struggling with substance misuse.
