I am committed to ensuring a space where individuals can feel heard, respected, and empowered, by remaining nonjudgmental and consistently supportive. I encourage my clients to make meaningful changes that align closely with their personal goals. My therapeutic approach integrates trauma-informed care with evidenced-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. The strategies I utilize are specialized to the specific needs of each client. I am always excited to connect with new clients and work together to help them improve their emotional well-being.
