My Approach

Collaborating with individuals to help them identify and reach their personal goals is at the core of my approach to therapy. I provide a safe environment where we can work together and develop a plan for treatment based on your needs. With every client, I hope to create a plan that is sustainable, effective, and empowering by analyzing challenges and building on successes and strengths.

Specialty Areas

I specialize in working with clients who are looking to explore their relational and sexual issues, those navigating their relationships with religious and spiritual practices, or those struggling with evolving familial dynamics. I have also worked with adults who are experiencing ADHD, anxiety, chronic or palliative health conditions, as well as grief associated with divorce, death and dying.
